A refurbishment project: An old villa, converted into a modern-day home for a nuclear family unit. The interior walls of the building were dismantled, all the way to its core structure while retaining the existing facade and peripheral walls. 

Elements such as old window grills were turned into new railings for the exterior deck. New resource services, surfaces, storages and composed details were put in place to accommodate fresh and luxurious spatial configurations and layouts that incorporate all the requirements defined by the client within the compact pre-built villa unit.
